Mold Release and Sealer

Partall Paste #2
Partall Paste #2 PARTALL Paste #2 is a general purpose polishing compound made from a blend of hydrocarbon and micro-crystalline waxes. It is particularly recommended for use on molds where standard silicone waxes hinder post-finishing operations or as a primer coat to create a smooth mold surface prior to application of PARTALL Film #10. PARTALL Paste #2 may also be employed as an inexpensive edge wax on larger molds. It is recommended that a Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) solution such as PARTALL Film #10 be used in conjunction with PARTALL Paste #2 on molds that are particularly intricate or too expensive to risk demolding problems.

Partall Film #10
Partall Film #10 PARTALL Film #10 is a water/alcohol-based Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) solution of water-soluble, film forming materials. It is particularly recommended as a parting agent for separation between polyester or epoxy resins and various mold surfaces. PARTALL Film #10 is not recommended for use with resins containing water or giving off water during cure (i.e. phenolics) or with automotive finishes as damage may occur. PARTALL Film #10 will not shrink or pull away from corners or curved surfaces. Film parts easily from mold surface and is readily dissolved from molded parts and spray equipment with water. An occasional coating of PARTALL Paste #2 is suggested for most mold surfaces prior to application of PARTALL Film #10.

Meguiar's #88 Universal Mold Release Wax
Meguiar's #88 Universal Mold Release Wax An extremely durable, high gloss mold release wax that works equally well on tooling, new molds and cured production molds. Exceptionally easy to apply and wipe off.

PV-6 Mold Release Film
PV-6 Mold Release Film PV-6 is recommended for tooling. It is solvent based, dries fast and can be used over plaster and other surfaces where moisture is present.

TR 102 Mold Release Wax
TR 102 Mold Release Wax A high production paste release with excellent breakdown for fast, even coverage. Formulated for fast drying with a pure carnauba base. Extremely easy to apply and wipe off. May be allowed to sit during breaks, lunch, etc., before removal. Use sparingly; area being released should appear moist during application.

TR 104 Hi-Temp Mold Release
TR 104 Hi-Temp Mold Release Formulated to work well with heat accelerated applications. Breaks down and applies like T.R. Regular Mold Release. Again, allow to dry before removal. Less wax build-up than conventional synthetic or paraffin releases, due to hard carnauba base.

1000L Hi-Low Liquid Wax
1000L Hi-Low Liquid Wax The 1000 series of semi permanent release waxes offers you the utmost in release factors either with accelerated exotherm (high), moderate or normal (low). It is fully synthetic and not subject to the quality fluctuations so often found in natural organic waxes such as carnauba. Because of its’ synthetic nature, the resulting film, upon proper application, has high gloss, intensive wear and resistance to high exotherms. This will assure you of constant and easy demolding.

1000P Hi-Low Paste Wax

Ease Release 2300
Ease Release 2300 Special silicone release, which is used to rejuvenate silicone molds for longer mold life. It can transfer to part surface. Surfaces needed to be washed free before finishing. This release is also used as a mold release for parts made of epoxy, urethane and polyesters.
