Fillers

1/32" Milled Glass Fibers
1/32" Milled Glass Fibers OC Milled Fibers are glass filaments coated with a specific sizing to enhance resin compatibility and milled to a specified bulk density. Unlike chopped strands, which are chopped to a precise strand length, milled fibers are milled to an average bulk density, which is determined by the input glass and process conditions.

1/4" Chopped Strand Fiberglass
1/4" Chopped Strand Fiberglass Fiberglass strands precisely cut. The strands can be used in many applications to strengthen thermoplastic and thermoset resins, plaster, and cement.

1/8" Milled Glass Fibers
1/8" Milled Glass Fibers 50 lb. Bag is special order. OC Milled Fibers are glass filaments coated with a specific sizing to enhance resin compatibility and milled to a specified bulk density. 3M Glass Bubbles K-20
3M Glass Bubbles K-20 Hollow glass microspheres. This filler is lightweight and easy to sand.

Cabosil M-5
Cabosil M-5 Cabosil M-5 is an untreated fumed silica (high purity silica). This thickening agent can be mixed with resin to make a putty. Once in putty form it can be used to patch on fiberglass even in a vertical postion.

Cream hardener (red)
Cream hardener (red) An extra 4 oz. tube of hardener to be used with USC Filler/Clear Coat. It is sold separately here for those who prefer using more hardener to quicken the cure time.

Duraglas
Duraglas Duraglas is a polyester resin mixed with chopped strand fiberglass. It is a white putty that is used to repair fiberglass chips and cracks. This filler is waterproof. Duraglas comes with one tube of white cream hardener.

Talc
Talc Talc is added to resin to create a paste. The paste can be used for fairing and smoothing the finish of fiberglass laminates.

USC filler/ clear coat
USC filler/ clear coat USC Filler/ Clear Coat is used in mold making to smooth edges. This filler is sandable but not waterproof. It comes with one tube of red cream hardener.
