Most products may be returned for up to 30 days for a refund
or exchange, less a 5% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned
in their sealed container. Cut fabrics are non-refundable. Full
rolls will be accepted for return. Shipping costs for unwanted
items are at your own expense, and no cod’s will be accepted.
Please note that hazardous materials will not be accepted by
UPS or other shipping companies. These materials can only be
shipped by a certified shipper. For more details please email

UPS is the main shipping carrier used by Fiberglass
Warehouse. We offer Ground, Next Day Air, Second Day Air and
Three Day Select services.

Hazardous Shipping
Many items sold are considered hazardous for shipping
UPS. Hazardous material shipped ground will incur a fee of
$23. Air shipping is $33. These fees include the UPS hazardous
fee and the price for the HAZMAT box. Many items are not hazardous
at smaller quantities. Compatible hazardous
material
(up to three
different
items) can be shipped in the same box, thus incurring one hazardous
charge.
